Q ) How long to set up my account?
Your account is setup straight away. It can take upto 72 hours for your domain name to resolve though. It is uncommon now for it to take more than 48hours. Some take just a few hours.

You can start using your package even though your domain name hasn't resolved. We will give you the details once your details are processed.

Q ) Do you cater for custom hosting plans?
Yes. If you get in touch and let us know your requirements, we will get back to you.

Q ) What is the connection speed?
Our network is connected via 100Mb/s connections to various providers

Q ) Are there any hidden costs involved?
No, there are no hidden costs or charges.

Q ) What is Fantastico?
Fantastico (Not available on the Value hosting Plan) is a one click script installer.
You can install software such as forums, auctions, blogs, etc...and much more by a click of the mouse.
There are also Content management Systems such as Joomla, which essentially creates a website for you, so all you have to do is supply is the text and images. A little bit of time is required to 'master' it but many thousands of sites use it.
There is also Moodle. Moodle is an online teaching package.

Q ) Can you purchase a domain name for me?
Yes we can. If you let us know which domain name you require, we will send you details and pricing. We charge nothing extra for this service. You pay exactly whay it costs us.

Q ) I already own a domain name, What do I do to make it work with my new hosting account?
You need to login to the company's website you purchased the domain from, (i.e; 123-reg) and change the nameservers so that your domain name points to our servers. The Nameservers are:
