Terms of Service .

WDFS is a private service which provides free listings. WDFS reserves the right to cancel any account for any breach of our terms and conditions. WDFS provides free listings to anyone who abides to our terms and conditions. WDFS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. WDFS users are entirely liable for all activities conducted through their account. WDFS does not guarantee any of its free services.

The following rules apply while using WDFS services:

  1. Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
  2. WDFS is not responsible for the content of any listings. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listings that are in violation of our terms and conditions. Members will be held responsible for their contents of their listings for, but not limited to use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author or posting material considered indecent for minors. The use of WDFS free services for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden and the listings will be removed and the account terminated without notice.
  3. WDFS membership will be revoked if any of the following activities occur:
  4. We do not allow any type of software, or MP3 files on our server unless you are the full owner and have all rights to the file. This includes files with the following extensions: our server .rar, .arj, .tar, .mp3 or .exe. Copyrighted files will be deleted without notice!
  5. You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. WDFS reserves the right to remove content which is deemed in WDFS sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies WDFS has in place at the time.
  6. You or WDFS may terminate your Account at any time for any reason.
  7. WDFS will not be liable for any of its services. We will not be liable for any files that are lost and/or corrupted which may occur from a system crash or hard disk failure. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, WDFS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use WDFS services.
  8. All templates offered by WDFS are copyrighted material. Such templates are offered for use to WDFS users under license only, and are not offered for sale or unbridled use. Such license limits use of WDFS templates to sites hosted by westdorset.org.uk. WDFS templates may not be transferred to or hosted on another web host or Internet Service Provider
  9. From time to time the server may experience periods of downtime which is beyond our control, we will not be held responsible for such occurancies.
  10. *Company adverts are free for 12 months only. The 12 month period begins when you register an account with us. When the free period expires, we will send an email to the address specified on your account, with the option to renew your ad for a further 12 months.
  11. From time to time we send newsletters relating to our services, or those services our members may find useful. You can unsubscribe to these newsletters at anytime without it affecting your membership status
  12. WDFS reserves the right to remove or amend any listings it considers to be in conflict with our own interests.
  13. We reserve the right to cancel any or all of our free services at any time.
